Beytullah KUŞÇU

Beytullah KUŞÇU was born in 1975 in Adana. He completed his undergraduate education in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Çukurova University between 1993 and 1998. He later obtained a master’s degree from City University London in England during 2008–2009.

He began his career in 1998 as an engineer at the Radio General Directorate. Between 2000 and 2002, he continued as an engineer at the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK). From 2003 to 2014, he served as an IT Specialist in various departments of BTK.

Between 2014 and 2016, he served as the Head of the Sectoral Research and Strategy Development Department at BTK. From 2016 to 2024, he was the Head of the Authorization Department, where he was responsible for preparing and monitoring regulatory frameworks for electronic communication, authorizations for mobile communication services (3G, 4.5G, and 5G preparatory studies), numbering regulations, operator financial obligations, local and national product usage regulations, and universal service projects. He is currently the Vice President of BTK.
