ULAK Haberleşme and OSTİM Technical University to Join Forces in “Communication Technologies”
Türkiye’s local and national base station manufacturer ULAK Haberleşme and OSTİM Technical University will collaborate on R&D activities, advanced communication and radio frequency technology studies, academic publications, and patent applications.

According to information obtained by an AA correspondent, a cooperation protocol regarding the initiative was signed by ULAK Haberleşme General Manager Ruşen Kömürcü and OSTİM Technical University Rector Prof. Dr. Murat Yülek.
With this protocol, the university will meet the design, production, and testing needs required for ULAK Haberleşme’s R&D activities as part of the collaboration.
The two institutions will work together to prepare and implement national and international joint projects, conducting research in fields such as advanced communication and radio frequency (RF) technologies.
Academics will be able to contribute to technology projects carried out by ULAK Haberleşme. Within the framework of joint projects, academic publications will be produced, and new agreements will be signed for patent applications.
Additionally, the university’s laboratory facilities will be available for joint R&D efforts. ULAK Haberleşme will also support the university’s educational processes.
Both parties will strengthen their collaboration by organizing workshops, training programs, seminars, and conferences involving academic circles and industry participants.
The protocol will enhance cooperation between the two institutions and contribute to scientific studies.
