Deputy Director General of the General Directorate of Forestry Mr. İbrahim Yüzer, Head of the Information Systems Department Mr. Hüseyin Aktürk, and Deputy Head of the Department of Foreign Relations, Training and Research Mr. Sezgin Kara visited ULAK Communications headquarters. The delegation was welcomed by ULAK Communications General Manager R. Ruşen Kömürcü Ph.D. and his team.

During the visit, a wide range of critical topics were discussed, including digital transformation processes, IT infrastructures, inter-institutional coordination, and strategic collaborations. One of the focal points of the meeting was the ULAK SD-WAN infrastructure, which is already actively in use at nearly 800 locations within the General Directorate of Forestry.

Developed entirely with domestic and national resources, ULAK SD-WAN is gaining attention not only in Türkiye but also on the international stage. The solution successfully passed independent tests conducted by NATO, receiving high marks. This achievement highlights that the technologies developed by ULAK meet global standards in both reliability and performance.

As of today, ULAK SD-WAN is actively deployed across 1,499 sites nationwide, strengthening the network infrastructure of the country’s most critical institutions. Installations are being successfully carried out at strategic organizations such as the Ministry of Interior, Presidency of Defense Industries, Turkish General Staff, General Directorate of Forestry, and TEIAS.

ULAK SD-WAN makes corporate communications more secure, flexible, and efficient compared to traditional MPLS solutions. Supporting business continuity, this strategic solution adds value to organizations of all sizes—from multi-branch structures to cloud-compatible systems. It not only provides connectivity but also delivers revolutionary ease and reliability in network management. Through centralized management, all branches can be controlled from a single point, while smart algorithms ensure uninterrupted communication. Its cloud-optimized architecture fully meets the modern digital needs of institutions, and its closed-loop monitoring system enables secure, real-time performance tracking. These features make ULAK SD-WAN both flexible and strategically indispensable.

With robust network infrastructures built on national solutions, institutions benefit from uninterrupted security and maximum performance.
