Prof. Dr. Haluk Görgün received both his bachelor's and master's degrees in Electrical Engineering from Yıldız Technical University. He completed his Ph.D. in 2003 at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in the United States and later conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Connecticut from 2004 to 2005.

Ahmet Akyol graduated from the Computer Engineering Department of Kocaeli University and is currently pursuing his master’s degree in Public Administration at Yıldırım Beyazıt University. He completed the Innovation Leadership Program at Stanford University and participated in technical programs focused on Electro-Optics and Communications at Cranfield University.

Dr. Ali Taha Koç graduated in 2001 from the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Bilkent University, where he studied on a full scholarship. He went on to pursue his graduate education in the United States, completing both his master’s and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at the University of Texas at Dallas, supported by a scholarship throughout his studies.

Ümit Önal, who completed his studies at the Faculty of Communication at Istanbul University, began his professional career in the media and communications sector; in 2007, he joined Turkuvaz Media Group and served respectively as General Manager of ATV, Head of Advertising Group, and Executive Board Member until 2015.

Dr. Mehmet Akif Nacar graduated from the Computer Engineering Department at Trakya University in 1995 and completed his first master’s degree in Electronics and Computer Education at Gazi University in 1998. He later earned a second master’s degree in Computer Science from Syracuse University in 2000. In 2008, he obtained his Ph.D. from Indiana University, where he was awarded a research fellowship.

Beytullah KUŞÇU was born in 1975 in Adana. He completed his undergraduate education in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Çukurova University between 1993 and 1998. He later obtained a master’s degree from City University London in England during 2008–2009.

Ahmet Bahadır BÜLBÜL was born in 1981 in Konya. He obtained his bachelor's and master's degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Gazi University in 2006 and 2011, respectively. In 2019, he graduated from the NATO Defense College in Rome, Italy.
