The Digital Communication Network is a pilot project under Türkiye’s Public Safety and Emergency Communication System Program. It integrates narrowband systems with mission-critical broadband services.

The hybrid narrowband and broadband system ensures uninterrupted communication during crises such as terrorism, natural disasters, or emergencies. This system reduces response times and provides fast, reliable, flexible, mobile, and cost-effective communication. It also enhances capabilities for real-time video monitoring and intervention.

The wide coverage area allows for mobility, enabling the integration of different platforms into the system when needed. As part of the pilot studies conducted in Adana, the sites were put on-air as of February 2024, and acceptance tests are ongoing.
