The Business Continuity Policy is carried out in accordance with the implementation principles specified in the ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management Standard, as well as legal and regulatory obligations. The main objective of the Business Continuity Management Policy is to ensure that critical processes and assets identified through business impact analysis are restored to operation within predefined minimum timeframes in the event of any disruption.

  • Continuously improving our business continuity capacity in accordance with the ISO 22301 international standard,
  • Minimizing incidents and accidents that may disrupt our services, mitigating the impact of such events, and maintaining uninterrupted service delivery,
  • Ensuring the safety of human life as a priority and aiming to prevent or minimize the impact of any extraordinary circumstances through continuous improvement in line with national and international standards and legal requirements,
  • Monitoring the compliance of all stakeholders with laws and regulations in terms of business continuity,
  • Evaluating the scope of disasters/crises/incidents swiftly and accurately, and ensuring prompt execution of necessary actions,
  • Enhancing responsiveness and decision-making speed during interventions,
  • Managing risks and developments that could lead to reputational loss,
  • Conducting risk assessments for critical services and preventing foreseeable disasters through preventive and protective measures,
  • Developing business continuity solutions for critical services aligned with the organization’s goals, and making the necessary plans to recover critical services within acceptable timeframes and levels,
  • Centrally coordinating preparatory activities related to crisis management, business recovery, and emergency response within the scope of business continuity.
