Under the scope of Universal Service by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Türkiye, the ULAK 4.5G Base Stations established within the Phase-1, Phase-2, and Phase-3 Universal Projects aim to deliver mobile voice and broadband services to rural areas with populations of up to 500 and reduce the digital divide. The project includes monitoring alarms, Level-1 and Level-2 NOC services, taking corrective actions through OSS, notifying the Operator and/or Maintenance Contractor’s operations center for necessary field interventions, performing parametric adjustments, performance monitoring and reporting, integrating new ULAK 4.5G equipment to be installed and/or added to the network due to capacity increases, and conducting routine updates and bug-fixing activities.
