Mr. Duman began his professional career at ASELSAN Inc. on October 16, 1989. Following his contributions to critical projects in Algorithm Design, Hardware Design, Software Design, and Systems Engineering, he assumed key leadership roles including Software Engineering Manager, Program Manager, Director of Systems Engineering, and Program Director.

Throughout his career, he has played an active role in numerous major national and international R&D projects. He made significant contributions to the successful completion of the FP7 Transportable Autonomous Patrol for Land Border Surveillance (TALOS) Project, in which ASELSAN Inc. and Türkiye were key stakeholders.

As a Member of the Executive Board and Program Coordinator at the Presidency of Defense Industries of the Republic of Türkiye, he led the successful preparation for mass production of Strategic, Operational, and Tactical Air and Missile Defense Systems, including the SİPER, HISAR O, and HISAR A systems.

In addition to these responsibilities, Mr. Duman has served as Vice Chairman of the Board at DeltaV Space Technologies Inc., Board Member at TUYAR Microelectronics Inc., Executive Committee Member of TÜBİTAK / TEYDEB – Transportation, Defense, Energy, and Textile Group (USETEG), Industry Advisory Board Member at METU Department of Computer Engineering, as well as Project Monitor and Evaluation Referee for TUBITAK / SAVTAG.

Having served as Director of Strategy Management and Advisor to the CEO under the Deputy General Manager for Technology and Strategy Management at ASELSAN Inc., Mr. Duman was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of ULAK Communications Inc. as of March 2, 2026.
